How to Use

Create a new account using email or Google. Your data is securely stored on Firebase.

• •Click 'Get Started Free' or 'Register' on the home page
• •Enter email and password, or choose 'Sign in with Google'
• •After success, you will be directed to the main page

Create a family group or join with an invite code from another member.

• •Open the 'Family' menu in the sidebar
• •Select 'Create Family' to create a new group
• •Or enter an invite code to join an existing group
• •All members can view transactions together in real-time

Create wallets to manage balances in different places.

• •Open the 'Wallet' menu in the bottom sidebar
• •Click the '+' button to add a new wallet
• •Choose type: Cash, Bank, or E-Wallet
• •You can transfer between wallets easily

Record every daily transaction to monitor cash flow.

• •Open 'Income' or 'Expense' menu
• •Select category, source wallet, enter amount and notes
• •For recurring transactions, enable 'Recurring Transaction'
• •View all history in the 'History' menu with filters and search

Create budgets per category and automatic savings targets.

• •Open 'Budget' menu to limit expenses per category
• •Open 'Savings' menu to create savings targets
• •The 'Savings' category will automatically add to savings balance
• •Monitor budget and savings progress in real-time

Manage debt and receivable records with status and installments.

• •Open 'Debt' menu to view all records
• •Select 'Debt' tab for debts, 'Receivable' tab for receivables
• •Each record has status: Active, Paid, or Overdue
• •You can pay in installments and view payment history

View financial reports in charts and numbers.

• •Open 'Reports' menu to view financial summary
• •Filter by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly
• •View income vs expense charts
• •Export reports to PDF or CSV for archiving

Enable fingerprint and notifications for transactions.

• •Open 'Settings' menu to configure preferences
• •Enable fingerprint for quick and secure login
• •Enable notifications for budget reminders and transactions
• •Configure dark/light theme as desired
